04
The single greatest advantage available to anyone in a moment like this, and why it costs nothing but your attention.
05
Where the opportunity in this valley is likely to move next, and how to understand it before the rest of the country catches up.

Why me

Why I am the one telling you this.

I am a Phoenix real estate developer, and I have spent my career building on this ground. My family has lived on this Arizona dirt for five generations, and I have watched this valley rise up out of the desert my entire life, through the good years and the hard ones. That much history in one place gives you a feel for the difference between ordinary noise and a true turning. What is happening now is a true turning, and it is landing right here on the ground I was raised on.

I will be honest that I was once on the wrong side of what happened here. I walked away from that world, rebuilt my life around my faith and my breath, and I came out of it holding one conviction I have not been able to set down since, that the ground beneath us is meant to hold up people and not only portfolios. So when I look at what is coming to Phoenix now, I do not only see an economy turning over. I see a chance to help the people around me see it clearly and early, so they can be standing in a good place when the wave comes in.
